Ordering & Process

Visit our Custom Order Form and fill out the form with your order details — item type, colors, sizes, names, and numbers. A member of our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your order and next steps.
Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks after mockup approval, depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Rush orders may be available — contact us to inquire.
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional rush fees.
Yes! A digital mockup will be sent to you for approval before production begins. Please review it carefully — including all spelling, colors, sizes, and placement — before approving.

Mockup & Spelling Policy

Please double-check all spelling on your mockup before approving it. Once a mockup has been approved by the customer, Maide Apparel is not responsible for any spelling errors, typos, or incorrect information. Approved mockups with errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If you spot an error before approving, let us know immediately and we will correct it at no charge.
Once a mockup has been approved and production has begun, changes cannot be made. Please take your time reviewing your mockup and do not approve until you are completely satisfied with every detail.

Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Maide Apparel is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Domestic (US): 5–10 business days after production
  • International: 2–4 weeks after production, depending on destination and customs processing
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package is still missing, contact us with your order number and we will do our best to assist. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Maide Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Garment Care

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing
  • Wash on a cold, gentle cycle
  • Use a mild detergent — avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Wash with similar colors
We recommend air drying whenever possible. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting. High heat can damage embroidery, prints, and embellishments over time.
Do not iron directly on any embroidery, print, or embellishment. Turn the garment inside out and iron on a low setting, avoiding the decorated areas entirely. A pressing cloth can also be used as a barrier.
  • Hand wash or use the most delicate machine cycle, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry — air dry flat
  • Do not iron over rhinestones
  • Store flat or folded carefully to avoid snagging

Returns & Refunds

Because all of our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to a production error on our end. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if there is an issue.
All sales are final on custom orders. Refunds are not available for orders produced according to an approved mockup — including spelling errors, name/number mistakes, or design details present in the approved design.
Refunds are only issued for production errors made by Maide Apparel that were not present in the approved mockup. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
